Rexo Systems

The standard your
books are held to.

Rexo Systems builds a small business’s books the way large companies build theirs — every dollar reconciled, every number trusted, a wrong entry caught before it posts.

How the book stays honest

Every entry is checked against the
book before it’s allowed to post.

A duplicate slips in, and it’s held — flagged and stopped, not discovered at tax time. That is what correctness looks like when it’s built into the ledger, not bolted on after the fact.

Rexo Systems

Built like the systems that
run the economy — sized for the shop that runs on a truck.

The rigor that runs the Fortune 500, made small enough to live by.

From the founder

EY · Fortune 500 finance

A note on why this exists.

For years I built the financial systems that run large companies — at EY, and inside Fortune 500 finance teams. These are rooms where a rounding error is a real problem, and every figure is expected to survive scrutiny before anyone signs their name to it.

None of that rigor ever reached the operator running nine crews out of a truck. They carry the same risk of a wrong number — a duplicate bill, a payroll off by a cent, a receipt that won’t tie out — without any of the machinery that keeps the number right. They inherit the exposure without the guardrails.

Rexo Systems exists to close that gap: the same standard the large companies hold themselves to, sized for the business that actually has to live by it. Not a lighter version of serious books — serious books, at your scale.

What the firm believes.

Three principles the software is built to keep — not slogans, constraints.

01

Correctness before convenience.

A duplicate bill, a payroll off by a cent, a receipt that doesn’t tie out — each is caught before it posts, not in a tax-time scramble.

Your books are yours.

Walled off, in your name, never pooled with anyone else’s, never sold. What we hold, we hold in trust.

The software fits the business.

Your jobs, crews, and billing cycle — the ledger bends to how you already work. You don’t reorganize the company to satisfy the tool.
